The California brothers, Hippie Sabotage, took samples from Tov Lo’s “Habits” and added some downtempo trap beats to create an emotional electric rollercoaster masterpiece. Tov Lov’s looped vocals are so beautiful yet sad at the same time. It is a story that anyone can relate to and identify with, which is part of why this track is so addicting.
From start to finish, “Youth” by Daughter is simply breathtaking. The remix starts out fairly similar to the original, a slow progression accompanied by effortlessly flowing lyrics and the hauntingly beautiful vocals of Elena Tonra. Berlin native Alle Farben speeds up the track giving it a more bouncy, uplifting feel to it that will inspire the shit out of you. So close your eyes, let the sun rays tickle your skin and enjoy.
An oldie but goodie! This classy and catchy indie pop track by Feist is amped up to an electronic dimension by German DJ/producer Boys Noize. “My Moon My Man” was the first single off Feist‘s third album, The Reminder, released March 2006. The remix is featured as a bonus track on Boys Noize‘s debut album, Oi Oi Oi.
